REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Personalized items are NON-REFUNDABLE. As each item is hand created by me there will be slight variations from the pictures and from piece to piece. These are not considered defects and add to the charm and individuality of your items. Pendants are hand stamped. At times the letters won't line up completely straight or entirely. This is not an imperfection but part of the piece's CHARM, INDIVIDUALITY and UNIQUENESS. Rest assured I would not send out anything that I would not wear with pride myself.
Returns accepted at shop owners discretion if no error has been made on our part. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Contact must be made within (3) days of package receipt in order to request a return on a non-personalized piece. Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your return authorization. Items received after 10 days will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 30% of the item's value. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted for return and no refund will be issued.

I make every effort to create your item within 10 business days after payment has cleared. This is the time it takes BEFORE your item is ready to ship. This does not include shipping time over which I have no control. During periods of heavy volume, such as holidays or large storewide sales, this time may be increased.
Please remember your custom piece of jewelry is created by hand. I am not a factory nor am I an assembly line. I am only one person (sometimes two as my darling husband handles the shipping!) creating, emailing, packing and shipping orders.
